These terms apply to the website and mobile apps operated by Tigute Foodstuff Trading L.L.C ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian's permission.

Orders and prices

All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is wrong, and we will refund any amount paid.

Delivery

We deliver to the addresses shown in the app. Delivery times are estimates. Someone must be available to receive the order.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, or try to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
